My amazing 10-year-old brother came to visit this summer and...
We spent the 4th of July at Coffee Creek near the Trinity Alps.
He did well at fishing, so well it was our only take home catch of the night, it made for a good dinner.
He was a great help around the house and in the garden.
We went looking for all the Peanuts characters: Lucy, Linus, Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Woodstock, Peppermint Patty we found them all. 37 photos so far.
Raspberries and strawberries were his favorite fruit. Most mornings he would wake up and wonder to the garden to pick fruit. This time we just had to get enough strawberries for a round of jam.
He found the CA coast to be a bit cold and well different than back home. How can you compare the drama of our coast with a tropical paradise like El Salvador. You just don't, you appreciate their unique beauty.
Looking for luck at the base of the tall Redwoods.
For some odd fun we took a speed boat tour near Pier 39. After touring on the water we played tourist on land and spent the morning at the Aquarium of the Bay.
We joined Tony for some food. Can you believe we are related.
The kind fire fighters let us take pictures of their impressive truck and Marco got to jump on for a few minutes. He loves trucks and this is an amazing truck.
All smiles after our last water balloon fight. Can you name the cloud formation behind him?
